What is One-Way Sync?
A data synchronization method where changes flow in only one direction - from a source system to a destination system.
One-way sync (also called unidirectional sync) copies data from a source system to a destination system without sending changes back. This is simpler than bidirectional sync because there's no conflict resolution needed - the source system is always authoritative. Common use cases include syncing marketing leads from a form to a CRM, or pushing deal data from a CRM to a reporting system. One-way sync is appropriate when one system is the clear source of truth for specific data.
